Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026. This is sample copy for a demonstration site and is not legal advice.
1. Parties
These terms are between Impel Labs Private Limited (CIN U74999KA2018PTC109105), registered at Flat No. 404, Block 11, Lustre Suncity Apartments, Sarjapur Ring Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India (“Impel Labs”, “we”), and the organisation creating a Pipefox workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of that organisation.
2. The service
Pipefox connects to your advertising platforms and CRM to produce company-level attribution reporting, signals and campaign controls. Features vary by plan, as set out on the pricing page.
3. Trials
New workspaces get 30 days at no cost with all features available. Add-on trials run 14 days. At the end of a trial an unpaid workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted.
4. Fees
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe, by Impel Labs Private Limited. Annual terms are not refundable in part. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, never mid-term. Indian customers are invoiced with GST as applicable [CONFIRM: GSTIN].
5. Your responsibilities
- Keep credentials secure and maintain the accuracy of your connected accounts.
- Hold the rights necessary to connect the ad and CRM accounts you connect.
- Comply with the terms of the platforms you connect, including LinkedIn and Google.
6. Data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
7. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Platform API outages upstream of us are outside that target.
8. Termination
Either side may terminate at the end of a billing period. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment or misuse after written notice.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.
11. Disputes
Disputes are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in Bengaluru, before a sole arbitrator.
