Who we are

Pipefox is a product of Impel Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India on 1 January 2018 under CIN U74999KA2018PTC109105, with its registered office at Flat No. 404, Block 11, Lustre Suncity Apartments, Sarjapur Ring Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, India. In this policy, “we” means Impel Labs Private Limited.

The short version

Pipefox processes company-level advertising and deal data on behalf of its customers. We do not collect, store or process personally identifiable information from a customer's CRM.

What we collect

From visitors to this site

• Pages viewed and referring source, in aggregate.
• Details you type into a form, such as your name and work email.

From customer workspaces

• Company names and domains from connected ad platforms and CRMs.
• Campaign, spend and engagement metrics.
• Deal stage, amount, creation and close dates.

What we never collect

Names of individuals, email addresses, phone numbers and contact records. OAuth scopes are limited so that this data is not available to us in the first place.

Lawful basis

For customer data we act as a processor, or as a data fiduciary's processor, under the customer's instructions and our data processing agreement. For site visitors we rely on legitimate interest for aggregate analytics and consent for anything else.

We operate under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Where a customer is established in the EU or UK, the GDPR applies and our standard DPA incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Workspace data is kept for the life of the subscription and deleted within 30 days of a written request or of account closure. Aggregated benchmark data is retained indefinitely and cannot be traced to a single advertiser.

Sub-processors

Impel Labs publishes a current list and gives notice before adding to it. Customers may object.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, exercised by writing to privacy@pipefox.com. We respond within 30 days.

Grievance officer and contact

Write to privacy@pipefox.com. Under the DPDP Act, our grievance officer responds within the statutory period.
